Raj Mahal- Utopiate
I think this is pretty good. It's by Raj Mahal, a project of somnolence and her friend Charlie. she posted the track yesterday and I wanted to share it with you, because it's actually quite awesome.
Devotchka- Venus in Furs
Pretty good live VU cover.
Littl'ans & Pet;____;er - Their Way (part 1)
When I thought about a song that would remind me of this summer, this one came up to my mind. It was on my mixtape that I listened on the old walkman when I was travelling anywhere. You've all probably heard it, but if you haven't, just download it. It's actually really good!!
Also Kylie, about the mix I'm making you. Is it okay if I just follow a theme and ignore the fact that you've probably heard all of the songs? I think it's more important the songs sound good together than introducing new music. But if you want more songs you've never heard, I'll try and to work it out!!! btw, instead of making another cd, i'm sending you a mystery mixtape that i'm pretty sure you'll love ;)
ps. wtf I sort of like The Wake...

Because I'm on such a great mood today and i've not updated this for almost a month (wtf?) I think it's time for some FEELGOODSONGZ!!
You probably have most of these already, but i still uploaded them!!
1. Lung Leg- Butt Sister
2. Siouxsie and the Banshees- Passenger I've got great memories attached to this song..let's just say, last year i had one awesome bus ride.. Anyway, I think i kind of prefer this Siouxsie version to the Iggy Pop one. They both are great of course in their own way, but the Siouxsie version just sounds more complete to my ear.
3. Lou Reed- How do you think it feels
Oh god this one reminds me of his show in may. I'd really want to see him live again, but i highly doubt it's ever going to happen.
4. Velvet Underground- Stephanie Says
5. Belle & Sebastian- Winter Wooskie
6. Monthy Python- Always look on the bright side of life Come on, this one's a classic!!
So you'll get only 6!!! there would be more, but i'm too lazy today!!

For all of you who doesn't yet have Jonny Greenwood's Bodysong, here are some tracks of it. Bodysong needs a little time to get into, so take your time listening to it for this is the type of music that needs listening, and really won't be good background music. But once you get into the music, you'll get lost in it. But you really should download these and then dowload the whole album, or buy it at a record store.
Five tracks out of Bodysong:
Moon Trills Moon Mall Trench Iron Swallow Clockwork Tin Soldiers
I'm planning to update this once a week and have a different theme for each update. If you've got any suggestions, just let me know.
